At Metro Boomin, we strive for excellence in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print the Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 business days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
